  • Is the $99.00 a one time fee and am I locked at for $29/month or does this change after time?

    If you sign up before the special ends (before Sept 6) it’s $99 for the first 4 weeks then it will be $29 every 4 weeks until you cancel. The fee will go up after the special offer is done but if you sign up with special rate ($99 then $29) it will not change.

  • Eating guide or meal plan? Does it include a macro breakdown of each meal?

    No foods are off limits. I will give you guidelines but there is no food logging or counting or meal plans. There’s so much freedom in the way I will teach you how to eat.

  • How many workouts a a week, is it daily, 3x or more a week?

    You will get 4 new workouts each month. They are scheduled for 5 days per week. All the workouts are under 30 minutes.

  • Are these scheduled or on my own time?

    They are scheduled on your calendar but you get to decide what time and if you want to move them you can.

  • How long is each workout?

    Under 30 minutes.

  • Is it a combination of cardio and weight training?

    Yes combo of cardio and body weight/free weights.

  • Do you check on my progress and offer motivation?

    I do not check on your progress. That is offered in my 1:1 custom coaching program. You will definitely get motivation from me in the group chat and I highly recommend asking for coaching on the weekly group coaching call that is where I can address more individualized information.
